Update - 7.23.18.  Please note that the dinner is now full (at capacity).  We are starting a waitlist for individuals interested in attending in case any of the currently registered guests are unable to attend.  If you are interested in being added to the waitlist, please complete the registration form, including your preferred payment option, but hold off on submitting payment for now.  We will get in touch with you closer to the event to let you know about seating availability, and regarding payment.  Thanks in advance!

*Please note that professional plates are $45 each, and student plates are $35 each.

*Please note that sponsorship is not guaranteed.  We will contact you after July 26th to let you know if the cost of your dinner was able to be covered through sponsorship.  Please do not submit a payment for now, but please still indicate on the next question how you will pay should we not be able to secure a sponsorship for your meal.  Student plates are $35 each.
