You are invited to participate in a research project. If you participate your objective is to fill out the survey presented. The estimated time to complete the survey would take about approximately 10-15 minutes. By taking part in this study, you are committing to give your most truthful responses. Partaking in this research study may not benefit you directly, but your responses would benefit the researchers object to support their claim. There are no risks regarding this study. Your answers will remain anonymous, ensuring that the other group members cannot identify your survey. You may withdraw at any time for any reason. However if you wish to continue, you have one week from the date you begin the survey, after which your responses will be discarded if not finished.

Study Leadership: This research project is led by Natalie Gonzales, Brianna Markham, Julietta Larios, and Saraí Felix undergraduate students of California State University of Fullerton (CSUF), who is being supervised by Professor Joo Young Lee. 

Purpose: This study aims to examine academic environments and the relation of anxiety among college students.

Eligibility: To participate in this study, you must be currently attending 2 or 4 year college institution and enrolled in academic class.

Participation: During the study, you will be asked to answer the following statements regarding your academic environments, anxiety, and social support. The approximation to complete this study will take about 10-15 minutes

 Risks of Participation: The risks of this study is minimal. The risks include discomfort providing certain information. If at any time you feel uncomfortable, you may withdraw from the study. 

Benefits of Participation: We do not expect the study to benefit you directly. This study will benefit the researchers expanding their literature in their desired topic. 

Compensation: There is no compensation provided in this study. 

Voluntary Participation: Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. You may stop or withdrawn from the study at any time without it being hold against you. Your decision to participate would not affect any current or future connection with anyone at CSUF. 

Confidentially: Your individual privacy will be protected in all papers, talks, posts, or stories resulting from this study. The data that we collect in this time will not be used for any future research or shared with others. In order to protect your confidentiality of your responses, we have a different software to submit our data analysis.
