This survey explores how social media affects people’s feelings of connection, autonomy, and relatedness, with a focus on the fear of missing out (FOMO). Guided by Self-Determination Theory, we aim to understand how different age groups experience social media in terms of emotional impact, social comparison, and behavior. Your responses are voluntary and anonymous and will be used solely for academic research.
