CalFresh Pre-screen Form 
Thank you for your interest in CalFresh. This Pre-screen Form is only to help guide you in determining if you MIGHT be eligible for CalFresh. 

CalFresh is nationally know as the Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP). It is a nutrition assistance program that helps low-income individuals and families buy the food they need. CalFresh dollars help stretch a tight budget and help many people afford to incorporate healthy foods like fruits and vegetables in their diets. 

This form is NOT the Calfresh application. It is a way to find out if you meet basic CalFresh requirements. After you submit this form, Basic Needs Services will contact you with information about your potential eligibility and the next steps you can take to apply for CalFresh.
