The CSUF Staff Development Center (SDC) provides personal and professional enrichment opportunities to our represented staff members on campus. The physical space located in CP207 serves as a resource center and a space for learning and networking. In its inaugural year, the SDC will be building out robust, impactful, and relevant program and services for our represented staff members.
The SDC has been in development for the last couple of years. We used a collaborative process to inform the current content and scope for the center. From these responses, the SDC is centered around the concepts of diversity, leadership, and wellness.
